Broadening the Scope of OD Practice June 24, 2008 The winner of our Member Recognition Award was Jim Ognibene. In accepting, Jim gave his list of reasons to attend our program meetings: 1.  As a sole OD practitioner, ODLG gives me a place to speak the language of OD with others in the field. 2. The Mentoring Program. My commitment in the roles of both mentor and mentee offered an exponential return on my investment. 3. Every monthly meeting is a planning masterpiece. All the coordination behind the scenes sets the stage for dynamic, effective programs. The benefit is a long list of takeaways. 4. Wealth of experience of attendees – I benefit greatly by hearing what is on the minds and hearts of those who have traveled roads in the world of OD I have not traveled. 5.
