OD Learning Group Networking WallThis "wall" is an artifact of the Learning Group's organizational culture, invented by member Abby Yanow. At each program meeting those attending are invited to write on the wall announcements or requests. Examples could include looking for partner for a project, searching for a good book or resource, or publicizing a workshop. The requests are shared via e-mail to those attending and on this web page. Dylan Dalton (solasconsulting@hotmail.com) is interested in whether people are interested in developing a tool to measure social capital (based on Francis Fukuyama’s work) in organizations. Jiahong Juda (jzjuda@comcast.net) is seeking thought leaders, especially those within organizations, and have a responsibility and/or strong interest in talent management to provide feedback on her "Strategic Development Framework for High-Potential Leaders".
